Shipping Policy

At ZarqBarq, we are committed to delivering your orders safely and on time.

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

  • Delivery Time: Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days across Pakistan.

  • Shipping Charges: Shipping charges (if any) are displayed at checkout.

  • Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via SMS or WhatsApp.

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate to avoid delays.

Return Policy (7–9 Days)

We offer a 7 to 9 days return policy, which means you have 7–9 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Must include original packaging and tags

  • Must match exactly what was delivered

Non-Returnable Cases

Returns will NOT be accepted if:

  • The product is used or damaged by the customer

  • The product does not match our records (fake/incorrect claim)

  • The return request is made after 9 days

⚠️ Important: We strictly verify all returns. Any fake or false return claims will be rejected.

Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

The fastest way to get a different item is:

  1. Return the item you received

  2. Once your return is approved

  3. Place a new order for the desired product

European Union – 14 Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

Conditions:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, with tags

  • Must be in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We will notify you whether your refund is approved or rejected

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days

Please note:

  • Banks or payment providers may take additional time to process the refund

  • If more than 15 business days have passed after approval, contact us
